What should I do for the rest of the summer?

I have a job lined up for the fall but it's another 6 weeks before I begin. No, they will not let me begin early. No one will hire me for only 6 weeks. It's getting really frustrating....I don't want to be sitting around all day, especially since my EDP interview is in September and I need to show I'm doing something over the summer.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Just volunteer fulltime at the hospital or something??

Volunteering sounds good, you can probably get you 100+ hrs in before you leave (assuming you do 20hrs a week).
