I made a typo listing one of my activity hours. I had meant to list 27 hours but instead have listed 72 hours. I know that this is a significant difference but it was an honest mistake. I have already received an interview invite, and as it is late in the cycle I don’t know how to fix this without withdrawing my application. Any advice on how and when to address this stupid mistake?? All of my other activities are fine, this was one of my lesser volunteer activities but I can’t believe I overlooked this huge mistake.

I am really panicking because I can’t believe I’ve potentially ruined my future.
You will be fine. If it comes up, just correct it in an interview.

Thank you haha. I guess I always just panic outright as habit. Out of curiosity would you suggest that I wait until asked at an interview to correct this, send emails ASAP to all schools I completed secondaries for, or wait until I've been accepted? Thank you in advance!!
If you get accepted, it won't be an issue anymore

This is what I am worried about. I don't want to edge anyone out because I made a typo and typed the reverse of the number I meant to type. Would you suggest it best to leave it alone unless brought up or send corrections to every school asap?
Leave it alone. Bring it up only when prompted.
