I am kind of lost right now..Advices would be helpful.

Biography of me:
Graduated high school in Korea.

Currently third year majoring in Immunology and Chemistry.
1st year gpa: 2.2
2nd year gpa: 2.9
3rd year: I think I can pull off a 3.5 this year looking at my midterm marks.
4th year:----

EC:
1. Did summer research programs in Singapore and Japan related to biology.
2. Simple clinical training and went out to third world countries to help local people.
3. Executive of a gaming club?...

Extra:
1. Experienced working in a lab facility for about 5 month. (payed)
2. Fluent in English, Japanese, and Korean.

The obvious problem is that I'm going to have a low cGPA and sGPA because of the first two years of undergrad. During high school I thought that higher ranking universities would increase my chances of med school, and chose a prestigious school. But, I guess I was wrong because I got my butt kicked by the rigorous amount of course load and difficulty. Got really homesick and kind of depressed I guess during my first two years... Thought of giving up med school, but I decided to give it a try because it was something that I dreamed about since I was little.

Anyways I still have 2 years to graduate, so if I am able to get better grades for my last 2 years, get a good MCAT, and improve on EC do you think I still have a shot on applying?
Or would you recommend me doing a post-bac program or pursuing a graduate degree?

Kick butt in your last two years. Show you're working hard, and always improving.

If you can graduate with a decent GPA, you can take a year off after college to get clinical experience and ace the MCAT (which I would highly recommend anyway).

Edit: 안녕하세요! 😀

A lot of people in my class finished an SMP. I recommend doing it. Those who took the SMP path knew a lot about histology and biochemistry and it's helping them through the first year of classes.
