I forgot to send in one of my transcrip from a JC where i took an accounting class (not a pharmacy required class) in before i applied to pharmacy school, now i am accepted but i am not sure how to explain my forgetfulness, what should i do?

Did you list the class on pharmcas? As long as you listed it, you can send in the transcript afterward (before their transcript deadline).
 
No i didn't list it! that's the problem! i don't want them to think that i am hiding something from them because i am really not!

Much ado about nothing, maybe? I'd imagine that between dual credit classes, the odd transfer credit, summer courses that went by in a breeze, correspondence classes taken years ago, and the rest, you're likely not the only one that forgot about a few credits somewhere.

The only reason I can think of that they might assume you were hiding it is if you got a C or worse in the class. Even then, the fact that you are bringing it to their attention now would assert your forgetfulness as opposed to trying to hide it. If you continue to not bring it to their attention, then it will look like you're hiding it, which from here on out would technically be the case.
