So I have already submitted my application and am waiting for verification when I realized that the first day of college freshman year I was written up by an RA. I totally forgot about this since it has literally been 4 years and really isn't a big deal (until you forget to put it on a medical school app). Should I notify my schools directly about this, withdraw and resubmit my application, or just let it ride since it doesn't show up on my transcript. Thanks for the help.

dude, unless they punished you for it, like made you take an alcohol rehab course or some other specific action then I think you're fine. If it was just a write up with a warning type of thing, I think we've all had a few of those

If the police werent involved and no institutional action was taken then the write up isnt sufficiently serious to disclose.

It was required to take a course, for alcohol possession I think, I can't really remember

I took the class and it basically got me out of a ticket, I just don't remember what it was for posession, drinking, or just being in the room

check with your university if it showed up on your record or anything, doesn't sound like it would have.

It does but they said I would have to sign a release for any medical school to find out about it
