I going Back to Brazil, where I will study to become a surgeon, and I would like to take with me as many information, and college related materials .
Like software(I got a mac/vista), encyclopedias, books, anything that helped or increased your knowledge related to medicine.

You might wanna stick to the books in Portuguese so you can get the vocabulary right, maybe further down your education you might wanna invest in medical journals coming from the US, but for the basic material I really wouldn't bother. Which school in Brazil are you going to?

Hmmm, I'm not sure what the medical education system is like in Brazil. But maybe u could get the PDF of some books. That way u won't have to carry really heavy books in ur suitcase. Ask a medical student/doctor what resources they do and don't have so u can get an idea of what to bring.
