What Should I Spend CME Money On?

Any good places to spend CME money? This could be books, courses, conferences, whatever.

Here are my goals in order of importance:

1. expanding skill set (doesn't have to be related to psychiatry)

2. going on sweet vacations

3. meeting interesting people

I already have enough CME credits for renewal of medical licenses so that isn't an issue.

I'm just waiting on post CoVID society to go to conferences again, lol. Most doctors are probably vaccinated by now, but others aren't.
