What should i write for my LOR?

seems like one of my volunteer coordinator told me to write my own LOR and she will just review it and sign it or something.
kinda frustrated that i have to write my own LOR since i am writing about myself in my personal statement and secondary apps.

if anyone was experiencing or is experiencing same issue, can you give me some tips what to write..?

I have never been in that situation. But if I were, I would ask another person to write the LOR. Do you have anyone else ??

If you have no other choice, I guess you have to go with that. Just try to put you in that person's place and imagine she would say about you. Do not go overboard 🙂

Find someone different. You need to find someone who will write you a good one.
