What specialties can a 525-535 COMLEX I score (no USMLE) land residency wise? Any ACGME specialties in play or do I need to apply AOA exclusively?

From what I've seen the standard neuro, FM, peds, IM, psych AOA programs are definitly available to you. I think anything else is really dependent on your 3rd performance during your rotations and the rest of your app. But the search button is your friend there

If location isn't an issue, then chances are it's easier to just ask whether or not you are interested in surgery or not. If not, then chances are with a wide app and potentially a step 2 or solid level 2 you should be able to land most things.

You aren't going to get a lot of play from ACGME EM or Gas programs without a USMLE. Both specialties are DO-friendly and it's possible to match with just COMLEX but it's not going to be easy.
What about AOA Rads? Need a noticeable increase in Level 2 to pull that off?

I remember reading a survey, somewhere, that PDs even in the more selective specialties were willing to take COMLEX II than COMLEX I.
