Hold your horses there bucko! First you need at least level 90 before you are eligible to slay the dragon. Then, once achieving level 99 and having befriended the local wizard tribe, can you complete the quest and enter the kingdom of HMS.

Above a 1.0 GPA (both cGPA and sGPA) and above a 472 MCAT is a good start, no lower than a 118 in any section either

To answer your question OP (and it’s kind of already been done), there isn’t an exact GPA/MCAT combo that will earn you a HMS acceptance. Obviously, HMS attracts the brightest students in the country and matriculating is extremely difficult.
To give you a statistical idea, MSAR shows a median MCAT score of 520 and GPA of 3.93 for accepted students. That being said, I’m sure there are 520/3.93 students that get rejected from Harvard each year. You need exceptional extracurricular activities (research, clinical experiences, demonstration of altruism, shadowing hours) to be competitive.
You don’t need to attend an Ivy League undergrad to get accepted to HMS (although it would probably help).

For someone with a 514-516 MCAt, are first author publications enough to make one stand out at these places or is that too high of a reach?
Well, I guess that explains why I didn't get into Harvard.
514-516 in < Harvard's 25th %ile. Closer to 10th than 25th, it seems. And no, some pubs are not enough. The higher up the pole you want to climb, the slipperier it gets.
Stick with Case/Keck class schools for the top of your list
