Does anyone know what happened to Tech's program in El Paso? I heard they no longer have a residency.

I'm very interested if anyone has info about this, and whether anyone thinks this will happen to other programs at Tech.

Did you hear it straight from the horses mouth? If not you should call and ask them. I would like to know as well as it just opened about two years ago.

Was being recruited there as faculty. 2 x post call I slept with phone on pillowcase waiting for Chairs call. Nothing. Horribly run. Chair gone and now they must rebuild. TT Lubbock is directing things in EP. Sad but few residents affected.

For all intents and purposes, yes. I heard from someone who is at the institution.

I'm concerned that other departments may have similar problems.
