NYMC secondary asks me how many credit hour were taught by my referees.
The problem is I don't know what the "credit hour" means.

Up here in Toronto, we use the term "credit"
One full year course is 1 credit.
Can someone enlighten me plz?

half term - 3 credit hour
full term 6 credit hour
with lab, half term is 4 hour
with lab, full term is 8 hour

Credit hour means how many times per week was the class held. Typically full semester is 4 credit hours. So for a full year course you will have 8 credit hours. So a lab + classes 3 times per week = 4 credit hours. It's cake don't worry.
