Never closes here. You can always go in, 8pm, 4am, lunch, midnight, Sundays, Summer. Unless there's another class in there; only exception.
They always have all the supplies there too, so you don't need to store(hoard) anything. All the machines, and gloves, and materials. They just expect us to clean up after ourselves.
Don't know how I would get through all this without that.

I can't imagine having a sim lab that closes at a certain time. It's open 24/7 here and I've had days I've been in lab after midnight!

The best part is when you've been sitting there so long that the lights turn off on you. I just kept going with the light on my loupes sometimes because I didn't feel like walking all the way over to the switch.
We had security escort us out one time when people weren't budging for the janitors.
Good grief man, that's awful. I'd be pissed. We were frequently in sim lab / wet lab past 2:00 am. That was the only time we had to work on stuff.

Yikes they kind of just go around us.
Pitt closed at 9PM for the Sim Lab, and if you were lucky and quiet, you could stay in the wet lab past midnight, haha. I know a number of schools close their sim labs at 5pm. Our Anatomy lab however, open all night - it's a dead man's party!
