I would expect them to arrive between 2 and 10 minutes after they're sent.

It's true. I heard that this year they use your computer's webcam to measure the bags under your eyes. If you don't look tired enough, they won't send the invite.

But in seriousness to OP, my II came at like 2:30 pm, but someone posted about one that came at 8:30 pm on a Friday so it's pretty much whenever.
