What to do about application fees / supplemental apps for the following schools?

Hey everyone,

I just submitted AADSAS this morning and am looking into supplementary apps/application fees. I've figured it out for most schools except these. If anyone could help me clarify what to do for these schools that'd be great!

BostonU - it says to pay online with a short supplemental app...couldn't find anything online; do I have to wait for an email first?

Detroit Mercy - it says to pay an application fee, but doesn't give a mailing address or link on how to on the website? I'm also Canadian and it says they need high school transcripts. Anyone have experience with this? Is this absolutely necessary? Do I have to wait for an email first?

Minnesota - no fee, but we need a supplemental app. Do I wait for an email first?

Temple - it's really unclear...even the AADSAS website says to contact them. Does anyone know? Is there even an application fee?

You're gonna have to look at the individual school websites and go on their admissions page.

Detroit Mercy - $75 made payable to "UDM School of Dentistry" with a 2x2 photo. Idk about the transcript thing. But I would just go ahead and send it.
