I think I might have a C+ in Biochem... This is what I'm getting as a Junior

Retaking it doesn't seem like a good idea because it would only be 2 grades being averaged together for most schools.

Would it be a good idea to perform better in an upper Biochem or just do good in the remaining sciences and move on? I have one more year of college left, so I'm quite unsure

Well, it depends. Biochem is becoming required at many schools and most schools suggest taking biochem. There might be a reason why you're not doing well and med schools will take that into account (personal issues, etc.), but taking an upper level biochem course might not be a good idea if you're having difficulty with this one. I think it's ok to have one blip on the transcript. Try to do well (A, B range) in the remaining sciences. When AMCAS calculates your science GPA you can balance out this grade with other higher science course grades. Study for the final and try your best

Sac your personal life for a bit and give your life to zee chem

Quit fussing; just do better in the rest of your classes.

take a different biochem class and get an A

I still have more upper levels to do such as Genetics, more bio-related stuff, etc..

Should I just try to ace those and make it look like Biochem was just a blip on the radar?

Yes. Do well on the subsequent upper-div bio courses

Just move on. Re-taking the same class will not impress anyone. Take a new upper-level biochem and get an A in that, and you will be fine.

I wasn't exactly sure if I should do an Upper Biochem if my major and Med schools don't require it

Would any upper science do? I just want to dilute the GPA damage from that class and show a trend of improvement

What's your GPA? If you say a 4.0 or 3.9 I'm probably going to smack you so you know. One C+ in biochem is not going to tank your chances at medical school. Personally, I'd just move on and never bring it up. Just continue doing well in your classes and destroy the MCAT. If you have a low GPA on the other hand, I would still recommend that you do not retake the class. Just take other upper division sciences courses that you know you can ace and move on.

Well, I've a 3.45 with a 32 MCAT. I think if I bump that grade point average up next year, it can work out for med school along with everything else..

I think I've really just gotta show adcoms that I've matured pretty much
