what to do about multiple waitlists?

Does anyone have any advice/strategy concerning multiple waitlists? Do you focus your attention on just one school? or do you play the field and try to get off any of the waitlists you are on?

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I say try for all the schools. You never know which one might be leaning your way. If one of the schools is your absolute first choice, I would send an update letter telling them so. I am in the same boat so I have been making the same decisions recently. Good luck.
