What to give someone on the day of MCAT?

My best friend is taking his MCAT in a few weeks and I wanted to make him a small care package (snacks, drinks, etc) to take to the test center for his break. What are some things to put in that MCAT takers would like? Also, are there any things that I can't put in there (the aamc site doesn't seem to really specify)? Could I put in a little note as well?

I wouldn't put in a note, as the test centre employee might possibly mistake it for study notes!
I would put in 2-3 snacks, a drink, and a tissue to cry on (ha 😉

Nothing to induce a food coma. Your friend is lucky to have you. Nuts, berries, dried fruits are a plus, along with an energy drink!
