What to include for ECs?

As an M1/M2, I did a lot of research, published, etc. in another field (I'm applying to IM this year instead of the other). I also was an officer for the school interest group for this specialty. Obviously I will include my research, publications, but should I list my officer role in the non-IM interest group? I don't address my change of specialty interest in my PS, as I assumed that was expected for M3's, but I don't know whether it's important to list that prior EC. Thanks!

I wouldn't...but that's just me. I was in two surgical subspecialty groups, and was president of the one I'm not applying to. i left that all off my app.
