What to include in supp app envelope?

What have yall been including in the envelope when you mail in supplemental applications/fees? It feels weird just putting a check in an envelope alone. Is anyone including a letterhead paper or anything like that with their checks/photos?

Only what is asked for, nothing more nothing less.

Throw an aadsas ID# on checks. Anything extra will probably go right to the trash/shredder.
