What to list under previous schools applied to

I'm working on putting together my application an was wondering what the consensus is on what schools to put here. I had selected a lot of schools for my primary app but only completed secondary at a few schools. do I only list only schools I'm complete at or include all schools I designated in the primary app?

I didn't even realize applications asked for other schools that you applied, to, I thought they only asked if you've attended others?

To the best of my knowledge, the only question that requires you to address a prior application is when you pick a school it asks specifically for that school whether you've applied before.

However, I'm not sure if you are considered a reapplicant at a school if you didn't complete the secondary. I would assume so, and I plan to say I have applied to that school before, even if I didn't complete their secondary after it was offered to me. I'd like to know if someone knows for sure though!
