HI! Good luck with everything!
For osteopathy, I read a really short book with a great overview of its history and philosophy. It is called "Is Osteopathy for You?" by Belman (I can't remember his first name.) . It's only about 100-120 pages in length.
For the ethical topics, I read a book by Peter Singer. he is extremely controversial and may not necessarily be the best read for ethical issues, but I like to read articles that have very strong opinions which stimulates my thinking and argumentative side. I think the book's title had something to do with current issues in ethics.
There was another book, but I will have to look up these titles when I get home.
If you have access to a college library, take full advantage of their updated and recent books relating to biomedical issues. I did. Check out the ethics section in you library, there will be many FREE sources for you instead of purchasing these books.
When I get home, I'll write the author's name and the title.
