what to send to columbia?

I just completed the online application, and I was wondering if they want us to send them our photo, and the rolodex card and labels that came with the application packet. Did any of you guys send in those labels and cards? And, is there anything else I may be forgetting to send in, besides transcripts and MCAT score?

I sent them: descriptions of e.c.'s, work, research; personal statement from AMCAS; resume.

If something might help, send it. Just don't be redundant.
