people told me to take a resume but if i had to make a resume, it would only have all the stuff thats already on my AADSAS appication. do i do it anyway ?

Should i just print out papers with my bio, job experience, ECs and pass them out to whoever is interviewing me?

You don't need to take anything. The interview is to see if you are a right fit for the school. Are you sociable? They already like your accomplishments, thats why you got the interview.

The best answer is read your interview packet. They will tell you what to bring. You probably don't need a resume because AADSAS is your resume. If you got an interview the school wants to accept you so don't waste your time writing a resume. Rather, spend your time preparing for the interview 👍.

My interviewer had my entire AADSAS printed out on paper in front of him...

I even pointed for him where I retook my class and what grade it was.

Thus... resume not required.

I only ask b/c i just talked to a dentist who went to UF 5 years ago, and I also just got an interview at UF. She told me to take a resume b/c it looks professional and she said that when she went to attend her interview, she saw any many others bring resumes as well

Nobody at my interview brought anything 🙂

I may opt for a pen... though, try not to rip your pants by putting it in your pants pocket or something when sitting down. That'd be embarrassing. Then again, Anne Hathaway got her role in The Devil Wears Prada because she fell off the chair at an interview. Who knows 😀

But yeah, all seriousness, bringing a pen or maybe a post-it note packet wouldn't be a bad idea. That way, when you need to write something or jot important information down, you won't need to ask for one 😳

I brought a folder like the one posted above and saw a some others with something similar. It is nice especially for the schools that hand you a bunch of loose papers without a folder to carry them in 😉

I also had a list of questions in my folder and when they were answered during the presentations I checked them off so that I would not ask a question about something already presented 😀
