What to use for Step 2?

I'm studying for Step 2 now and want to know what to use for review materials. I've been using Rx for the Boards so far. Do you think I should read Rx for Boards once and then try to get through First Aid for Step 2 or should I just go through Rx for the Boards a couple of times? Also, are there any other review books that you've found are better. Also, what about question books? Thanks for your help.
