Hi, everyone. I have a job interview at a retail pharmacy tomorrow. What do you think would be the most appropriate attire for females at job interviews? Thanks 🙂

well that depends on the gender of the interviewer (you think I'm joking?)

Do you want people to take your interview for you also?

While we are here...can anyone tell me how to pump my own gas?

are you interviewing for a tech job? if so, i think business casual would suffice.

p.s. i know several 20-something year olds that do not know how to pump gas.

Well, you don't generally have to be quite as dressed up as you might be for a pharmacy school interview. In my pharmacy, business casual would be fine. No denim, no strange jewelry, and most importantly, be dressed reasonably conservatively and come in by yourself. I've had more than one job candidate come in this year with tight t-shirts that showed their midriff and/or with their boyfriends/girlfriends in tow. It amazes me that people don't know this already, but I can tell you from experience that they don't.

I rolled into my technician interview wearing shorts, sandals, and a polo. Unless its actually a Pharmacist postion (or internship), I would say go with what you think is appropriate (dress cas).
