What did you guys wear to your pre-health committee interview? A suit? Or like nice black pants (or skirt) and a collared shirt? I don't want to look like an overdressed weirdo, but i still want to give off a good impression. Or should i just be treating it like a real dental school interview?

Sweatpants and a tanktop.

you wear what you would wear at an interview - a suit.

dont have time to go shop now,so i think ill end up taking myself to one of those big dept stores that has 'personal shoppers' and making them find me something. 😎

well yea, personal shopper if you're loaded. OR you could go and figure out what works for you yourself.

overdressed is ALWAYS better than underdressed. i'd wear a suit, but make sure your comfortable sitting and walking in it. especially if you are wearing heels for like the third time in your entire life, or you got a skirt suit.

i did not wear a suit to my pre health committee thing...i wore a skirt and a dress shirt. the guy before me was wearing slacks, a shirt, and a tie. so at my school at least, it wasnt suit-formal.

Wear what you'd wear at the real thing..use it as an opportunity to practice for your actual interview. If you're not used to wearing suits etc., then it's even more important that you get used to wearing one, and not feeling conscious about that. Don't worry about what others think you'll look like 🙂

I just wore a t-shirt and boxers cuz I did it over the phone.

Did this "doing it over the phone" involve a 1-900- number?
