Hello All,
I'm planning on applying to a PhD in Counseling Psych in a year or two, but I want to get some work experience first that will give me some perspective and help me get in.
First, if I want to get into a program that is 50/50 research/practical and have had research experience in college, but not too much practical or hands-on experience, should I try to get more practical experience?
What kinds of jobs are applicable to counseling that one can get with only a BA in Psychology?
I would appreciate any sort of insight on this issue
thanks!
