Any lists anywhere?

For example, I was just working on an EK practice test question where the answer required that you convert eV to joules ("first, we must convert to units of energy by multiplying eV by the charge of one electron...").

Of course, I don't remember this conversion, or most others for that matter.

What do I need to commit to memory?

Did you find anything on a search? If not, this should be a useful list.

Off the top of my head

eV to joules
calories to joules
all the SI prefixes (e.g. meters to nanometers)
meters to angstroms
kelvin to celcius

a few more i thought of:

liters to cubic meters
pascals to atms to mmHg to torr
moles to numbers (avogadros number)

I've found that knowing 1 mole of gas at STP= 22.4 L is pretty helpful.

I assume you are talking about the volume of a mole of ideal gas at standard conditions right? because otherwise im dumbfounded by your ability to convert a pressure to a volume >_>

But yes, it is a useful thing to remember, because often times you'll be given a number (in a gas question) that is 22.4 or some multiple or simple fraction of it (think 11.2 or 44.8 for example)... and switching it to moles will generally make your math a lot easier
