What were your scores on Pearson practice tests and how did they compare to actual PCAT scores?

I've been taking Pearsons PCAT practice multiple choice tests and have been getting the percentile range of 80-100. I'm not sure how to interpret this because its a fairly large range. What were your guys' scores on it and how did they compare to the actual PCAT scores your received?
