What would a good MCAT score for DO schools be?

3.0 or slightly above that

That sGPA will screen you out of some schools already. Your best chances are at some of the newer schools or mid-tier schools. CUSOM already screens anything out below 3.2.

If you have a good MCAT score, you may have a chance at your in-state school.
 
Apply everywhere that doesn't have a strong in state bias or a GPA cutoff (KCU, CUSOM come to mind) a strong MCAT score should get you in somewhere. Target the newer schools but with a good MCAT you never know
