I'm an M 0 who got my first few acceptances in Dec. to start Fall 2006. Now, I can breathe a sigh of relief that I am going SOMEWHERE. But I'm still waiting to get interviews from some of my top choices. My question is, if I go to a FUTURE interview, how much do ADCOMs care what i do between now and when school starts? Will they frown if i've stopped volunteering? is working as a server at a restaurant a good enough use of my time for an ADCOM? "They say" do what you love before medical school starts, you will never have this kind of free time in the future, but i'm still concerned about being able to impress the adcomms with what i'm doing with this "time off." Advice?
