What would I score if I only used Uworld?

I agree, if you really understand all of the uworld explainations I think 230ish is realistic.

Totally depends. Some people would make a 240 without studying at all, others go through UFAP and are still in the borderline failing range.

But just for fun, I would say if you went through UW once, really understood all the right and wrong answers well enough that if you did a theoretical 2nd pass you would be scoring above 90%, then I think a 240+ wouldn't be unreasonable at all.
