Hello all!
I haven't taken Biochemistry in undergrad, which apparently most (2/3) of the schools require. I might take Biochem in the summer, but then my application might be late. Should i apply to the few schools that don't require it, on June 1st, and hope that i will be good and not worry about Biochem?

OR take biochem and then apply to schools in like August/Sept?

I am planning on taking the DAT in May, GPA is 3.5, and have a lot of extra activities/Hours, and research projects while in undergrad.

What would you guys do?
Thank you.

You don't have to have already taken the biochem to apply. You're much better off applying ASAP and taking the biochem at a later date.

I agree with the above. You don't have to have completed all of the prereqs to apply, you just have to finish them before you matriculate. You are much better off applying early without biochem than delaying your application. You can still take it in the summer and update the schools with your final grade in November (when the academic update period occurs).

Focus on killing the DAT and maintaining your GPA!
