😱 Here's what is says on the USC requirements page "complete transcripts of undergraduate and graduate work, including degree notations, must be on file in the Office of Admission and Student Affairs by July 15 prior to enrolling"

...that's...not this july is it? they must mean 2008 right?

They mean the July right before you start dental school. So, if you were to be accepted and attend there, it has to be in their hands on July 15th the month before you start school.
