What's a fair $/RVU value?

Wondering what would be a fair contract in terms of a fixed $/rvu. I'll be at a place where I'll get a base salary and certain amount of money per RVU.

Also, what would be a reasonable amounts of RVUs one can rack up in a year considering it's a relatively busy place?

I would say it depends on your payer mix, benefits that your employer gives you, and where you practice (high med mal vs low).

I don't think you can get a real answer on this. Someone who's been doing this longer will hopefully chime in, but this is what i've learned in my short time out so far.
