Would love to do some practice questions that correspond to the systems-based material im learning in class.

Not looking for hardcore board studying, just wanting to get extra practice and better facilitate my understanding of the material. Any particular resource good for practice questions?

For Pathology... Try Webpath, or the book Rapid Review of Pathology - case based questions. Google Webpath, it should come up.
BRS and High Yield come with chapter questions and some have end sections tests esp. for M1 subjects - do not buy them see if your library has them.
Savarese Green has a few full length tests with an OMM focus plus chapter questions.
Katzunger Pharmacology has chapter questions.
Get a pre owned set of Lange flash cards on the subject you want to study and write your own questions under the case on the front of the card.
Try a case book from the library tough because there might not be an answer just an explanation.
Studyblue, Firecracker, and Anki all cost but have tons of first order flash cards on every subject.
Try Googling a subject and add flash cards. There are free flash cards out there on almost anything.
These are my time savers that I use instead of write my own....that takes too long.

I've heard good things about the First Aid Q&A book, but I've never used it personally.
