whats considered "experience"?

hi all, i was wondering, for schools requiring experience for admission, what considered experience????im really confused. thanks

Most of my MPH classmates have full-time jobs in the healthcare field ranging from research, clinical, administrative, etc. Since I'm doing a dual degree practically straight out of undergrad, my experience does not begin to compare with theirs, but I did the usual premed things like hospital volunteering, tutoring, etc, which are somewhat related to public health.
