Does anyone know what happens if we don't get accepted dec 1 for BU??? are they giving more acceptances out anytime soon? Thanks.

Looks like they're doing things differently than in all the past years. Maybe they're actually expecting a higher yield than normal and sending out the acceptances slowly. I'm very confused and disappointed by this as well. At least it's not just me.

i felt that my interview went really well and don't understand. Were not a lot of people accepted?

Looking on Predents it seems that about half of the pre-dec people have been accepted (or reported that they've been accepted). I also felt very confident in my interview. The interviewer even told me "there are 3 things we look for in applicants, and you certainly have all of them", and my stats and the rest of my app are good.
In past years on Predents, about 98% of people who interviewed pre-dec were accepted on Dec 1. So my only thought is that they are doing it differently this year.

I interviewed with a professor, she was an older lady and her last name started with a M (i don't remember what it was though). She didn't seemed too thrilled to be involved with interviews, but she was very encouraging that my qualifications were great.
Most of the other people got to interview with the dean or other people from the admissions office. They said there interviews were just fun conversations about random stuff and their app didn't even come up. My interview consisted of quickly flipping thru my file, talking about it a bit, and then it was done. It's unfortunate that we couldn't pick our interviewer.

I interviewed with her too, her name is Dr. Maalouf. She was very nice, and somehow I was graced with an acceptance on Dec. 1st. Good luck to you all!

BU was my only interview. It's saddening that they would just leave us hanging like this.

Sometimes I think I'd prefer to be known if I was waitlisted/rejected so I can prepare myself for the next cycle and don't keep my hopes up 🙁

Same boat. Had interview in mid November. Havent heard anything. Slightly disheartened, but trying to stay positive. No news is better than a rejection right. Hope we all get that email we are dying for.

This is exactly what the admissions office told me when I called them yesterday in my panicked/stressed out state.

Regardless I'm really feeling down, but I'm trying my best to study for my finals coming up. 🙁

Don't worry, it's still very early...I know from last year that a lot of people get accepted in the spring and even early summer, even those with pre-Dec interviews!
