What's happenin' with OHSU?

Does anyone know what's happening with OHSU? Are there any other OHSU applicants out there?

I applied there. But have heard nothing from them for a few months now.

At first they kept sending me letter updating me that my application has been received and that it was moving to the next stage, but then nothing!

The last update from them on AADSAS was on October!

same boat here.
I know for a fact that my AADSAS paperwork was one of the first 15 they had in hand, and all I have heard is "We have your stuff..." No interview, no decline, nothin...

On the contrary I have, in the mean time, interviewed at 8 other schools, been accepted by 7 of them, and wait listed by the 8th. So it would be nice at least tell me to beat it if I don't have a chance, otherwise let a fella know what is up.

I have experienced the SAME thing. Haven't heard since Oct. Finally I called in Nov. and they said they wanted another letter of rec. Sent that pronto. In the meantime I've gotten an interview set up for UW and been interviewed and accepted at Arizona! Poo on OHSU

I am in the same boat...

I called last week (12/27)...they said that they have only 4 confirmed seats taken in their class..good news I guess. I was also told that they would be doing a lot of their interviews between now and the end of Feb.

So I guess we just have to wait it out.

Same here...

They are really big on taking oregon residents. I visited up there last fall, and most of the 4th year students I spoke with told me they would not go to ohsu if they had the chance to do so again...

So screw em.

I'm in the same boat as you. Just curious, why would the students not go to OHSU if the had a chance not to?
By the way,got accepted at Marquette.
