What's the deal with the immunoderm fellowship?

I wanted to open up a discussion about all things immunoderm. I got a couple of good responses in another thread, but I don't think it attracted enough views.

Basically, I would be interested in hearing current residents' and attendings' opinion about immunoderm's job outlook, compensation, professional satisfaction, potential for research etc.
