Hi! I have read many threads on this conference saying that "apply" early, as in June or July, is the best way to go. Does this "apply" mean submitting the AMCAS application, or submitting secondaries? I have already submitted my AMCAS and am now a little overwhelmed with getting secondaries done. I probably won't be able to finish all of them until the end of August, at the earliest. Would this be okay or would this be considered "applying" late? Thanks so much!

You'll still be applying early. Applying late would be getting your applications completed around the time the August MCATers do.

Or waiting til the last possible minute like rugirlie said she did. And by last possible minute, I mean that if the deadline is December 1st, and you wait til Nov or Dec, well then that would be late beyond late beyond late.

But early would be finish Secondaries by end of August, right before interview seasons starts full gear. Sept is when the majority of the first interviews start....excluding NJMS and other EDP programs, and excluding TDMAS schools.
