what's the difference between the kaplan usmle and comlex materials?

I used to work for kaplan and at the time I was applying to both MD and DO schools. I was at the kaplan center one day and noticed that there were COMLEX and USMLE books on one of the shelfs. I was curious, so I opened some of them to see what the differences were...and there were none. THey are literally the exact same book, just with a different cover. I don't know anything about the videos though.
