Whats the difference between these two Greenfield Surgery texts?

They look the same but the first one has 127 more pages and is slightly newer dec vs october. There is a huge price difference. Why? Anyone have any ideas about the differences in these two. Any help would be greatly appreicated. THanks.

Based on the descriptions it appears that one includes online material, PDA version, etc while the other doesn't. It may also includes the test bank that goes with the book.
