What's up with the whole "no score" thing?

I'm just curious, why do people take the test and choose to have it not be scored? Don't pharmacy schools only take the most recent score anyway? If you do poorly on the pcat, and then take it again later, will the original score adversely affect you? 😕
 
Most schools are probably going to take the average of however many times you take it so if you know you're going to wind up with a low score the no score might save you. But then again, I walked out of the test feeling like I needed to reevaluate my career choice because I was sure I bombed the test and wound up with a 99%.
