What's up with UPenn?

Has anyone else been checking their UPenn status page and seeing it stay incomplete forever and ever? My LORs were sent ages ago (I even double checked), but my status hasn't changed. It says they haven't been received. Are they just really slow?

I think mine was completed in a reasonable ammount of time.

My letters were sent on 8/20 and my status updated on 8/25...

From the day that my letters went into the mail it took them nearly 2 weeks before I saw that my application was complete.
