My entire interview was 20 minutes long. It was full of generic questions and the interviewer was clicking through his emails pretty much the whole time, back to me. After a few questions he turned around suddenly and said, Well, one thing I can tell is that you probably arent crazy. Do you plan on dropping out if we accept you? I hesitated for a few seconds, and managed to get out, No. Well, then were done here, and I was led out of his office. That was it. I didnt even get to ask him any questions. And it was a school with only one interview. I figured I had blown it somehow. 20 minutes?! But then I got accepted. Another school I had a great interview, nearly an hour and a half and talked about all sorts of things. At the end the interviewer said something like, Obviously I cant offer you acceptance right now, but I would be very hopeful if I were you and maybe well see each other in September. And you know what; rejected! Moral of the story is, you can never tell until you get that letter in the mail.
