When are you considered a reapplicant?

If I fill out and submit the amcas specifically for a school that I was guaranteed admission into (as you can probably tell, the deadline is today), where it actually marks it as gauranteed and waves the fee, I don't have to do a personal statement, and there's no secondary...and I decide to not do that program, do I count as a reapplciant if I apply to other schools next cycle. If so, is that a disadvantage?

one of them ba/md programs, but they still want you to fill the amcas...

Next year you will be considered a reapplicant by the one school you apply to this year. If you look at the AMCAS, you have to check off "reapplicant" vs "first time applicant" for each school. It is not all or nothing.
Next year you will be considered a new applicant by all the other schools.
Btw, reapplicant does not equal disaster. Many people do not get in the first time around and succeed the next.
