When can school upload LOR/TRANSCRIPT/PHOTO?

Is school able to upload lor/transcript/photo after I registered myERAS
account (by using electronic toke from school)? I mean, I am still working
on my application and not complete yet. Can they?

yes. they can upload photo/transcript w/o anything additional from u. u might need to "finalize" by inserting a password for them to upload ur lors. u need to create slots for each recommender and assign them to the specialty u want that letter used for (mostly for those applying to multiple/backup specialties).

my school had my photo/transcript up right away b/c they got a notification that i had registered in july w/ my token. they couldn't upload the lors until i "finalized" tho by putting a password in the "finalize" blank under each slot that i had created.
