When I was at UNLV Dr. A said that there comes a point in the cycle that AADSAS makes it so all the schools can see where you have been accepted and where you put money down and what not. Does anyone remember when this is?

I not sure how this works. Do they drop u from a school if they see you have 2 deposits? What if u have 1 acceptance n 1 waitlist? I'm confused... Lol Can sum1 clarify this? Thanks! 🙂

I don't think they care where else you've been accepted/waitlisted, UNLESS you have put down deposits at more than one of those schools. At that point, I don't really know what they do with that information...schools that you have put a deposit in at will see that you have also deposited for others, and I would hope they would get in contact with you before dropping you. But, it may be possible that they don't like your lack of timely decision making and just drop you. I don't honestly know, just speculating..

Thanks sooo much! Yeah I hope they let us know before making any decisions, but since its based on deposits and not acceptances I feel safer. I was wondering b/c my acceptance is dependant on my passing of calculus:xf:, so that's why I stayed on the waitlist at the other school.
